Our Lead Manager, Jhone-rae Collymore is passionate about travel, urban living and executing exciting property development projects for her clients. Born and raised in Trinidad, Jhone-rae has been in the Sales Industry since 2010 – that’s over 100 closed deals/clients and counting!
hone-rae opens the line of communication between clients, customers, and businesses to get projects done. With over 10 years in both public and private sectors, Jhone-rae has experience in business management, team building, strategic implementation, finance, real estate and company collaboration. She creates, scales and optimizes business portfolios that matter. To accomplish this, she focuses on delivering key outcomes, building amazing teams and quickly adapting to new learnings. She has successfully scaled a business from nothing to something by putting her clients at the centre of it all, executing big ideas with given constraints and using her gut instinct while seeking data for decisions.
Jhone-rae currently manages a growing team of 15 world-class agents at Parker Real Estate Ltd, located at Level 2, BHP Billiton, Port of Spain, Trinidad.

Never being one to shy away from a challenge, I joyfully embraced it and found it to be my niche. I chose to dedicate myself to this field after the death of my elder son. I felt in my heart a strong desire to honor his memory and decided to embark upon this path at this stage in my journey. We shared similar personal attributes and outlooks on life. Like me, he approached life with great enthusiasm, he loved working with people and unselfishly gave of his time to anyone that he could help, despite living with the challenges of Sickle Cell Anemia. Shortly after his death, I left The University of The West Indies, after 15 years of dedicated service as an Administrator. Thankfully, my many years of experience in administration have also equipped me with invaluable organizational skills. I firmly believe that I am now aptly endowed to make the dreams of those searching for a place to call home come to fruition.
